We want you to love your new style, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our vault team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
